NutriSG operates on a principal of minimum necessity. We only request personal information that directly informs the strategy behind your nutritional guidance and lifestyle optimization.
Identity markers including name, contact details, and residency status for session scheduling.
Lifestyle logs encompassing 3-day food diaries, activity patterns, and general energy levels.
Technical telemetry such as IP addresses used solely for website security and regional access optimization.
Data is never processed without your explicit consent. By engaging with our consultation forms, you acknowledge that our advisory role relies on the accuracy of these personal inputs.

Duration of Records
We retain personal profile data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with consulting services. Records are archived for up to 5 years following your last session to ensure continuity of care should you return.
Storage Architecture
All session logs and questionnaires are stored on secure, local servers in Singapore, protected by 256-bit AES encryption. We never sell your habits or dietary logs to third-party advertisers.
Third-Party Handoffs
NutriSG uses trusted sub-processors for payment handling and video hosting. These partners are strictly vetted for compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Your Data Rights in Singapore.
Access
You have the right to request a complete copy of all your dietary logs and personal session notes currently held in our repository.
Rectification
Update or correct any inaccuracies in your personal profile promptly via your client portal or by contacting us.
Erasure
Request the total deletion of your consultative history and personal identifiers from our Singapore-based database.
Mandatory Disclosures
NutriSG will disclose personal information without notice only if required to do so by Singapore law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on NutriSG; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of NutriSG; and (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users.
